1.Description： Js-311 is one part, Polyurethane silicone adhesive under room temperature, through reactiving with water in air and curing, the product form a elastomer with nature of tenacious adhesion , resistance to aging,tremor fatigue and low temperature and no corrosion .
2.Use: Designed for binding and sealing of car windows, can be applied to various size and materials such as glassfibre, plate of auto body and aluminium plate etc.

8. Working guide:
a.Remove all contamination of dust, dirt form the surface by steel brush and use detergent to remove grease. All former adhesive must be removed in proper way.
b.pre-coating
Usually precoating is applicable for Js-311 to obtain best performance, several recommended precoating materials are on option. When precoating is applied, its surface should be smooth, any dollop or asymmetry are not allowed.
c.Mixing is not applicable for this products
d.Spread Js-311 adhesive on the surface of base material with quite pressure , and make the thickness of sealant not less than 1mm.
9. notice:
If used in an underwater surface, it is necessary to cure fully before entering water(keep dry for 7 days unter 20ºc). Bepainting is allowed, but recommend not to use color enamel , and do test in site to ensure its compatibility.
Application of wet coating technic is not allowed, don’t use solvent, water, detergent or soap solution.
Application in high chlorine area such as swimming pool is not allowed, please ask for our consultation.
Prohibit using beyond temperature range of 5-35º
10.Bepainting:
After Js-311 cures fully, it can be bepainted by traditional way, including epoxy resin and crylic acid coating. The high solvent ingredient such as enamel or high oil in coating will make sealant reactive, leads to soft surface.
To achieve best performance and appearance, the tensile strength of coating must match Js-311. To the thickness less than 3mm, bepaint after 24 hours, to the thickness above 3mm, bepaint after 48 hours.
11. fireproofing: Js-311 is not inflammable.
12. First aid measures
Don’t contact eyes and skin.

In case of skin contact , take off infectant clothing and wash contaminanted skin for at least 15 minutes, or see a doctor.
